We are seeking highly motivated, experienced Service Technicians to join our field team. You will serve as a key representative of our company in the field, responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing water treatment systems for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Independent Field Service: Independently manage a daily schedule of service calls, ensuring timely arrivals and efficient completion of work orders.
- System Diagnostics & Repair: Accurately troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment equipment.
- Customer Excellence: Provide friendly, clear, and professional communication to customers, explaining technical issues and service solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets our high-quality standards and complies with local safety and industry regulations.
- Inventory & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, manage parts inventory on the service vehicle, and process field invoices correctly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Technician, preferably in water treatment, plumbing, or a related field.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and navigate the typical physical demands of field service work.
